Privacy notice
This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is deliberately short, because we deliberately collect very little.
The short version: this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The only information we receive is what you choose to type into the enquiry form, and we use it purely to reply to you.

What this website collects
If you fill in our enquiry form we receive the details you enter: your name, your phone number or email address, and — only if you choose to add them — your child's first name, their date of birth, the date you are hoping to start, the days you need and your message.
Nothing else is collected. There is no cookie banner on this site because there are no cookies to consent to. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, social media trackers or session recording.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange a visit, and — if you decide to join us — to set up your child's place. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about a nursery place, and, once you are enrolling, taking steps at your request to enter into a contract.
Who can see it
Only the nursery's own management team. Enquiries go into our own record system, which is hosted on servers in London by Supabase and requires a login. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone, and we will not add you to a marketing list.
How long we keep it
We delete enquiry records once they are no longer live, and in any case within twelve months of our last contact with you. If your child joins us, your details move into your child's record and are kept under our main records retention policy.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just phone or email us and we will sort it out — you do not need to write a formal letter. You also have the right to object to our use of your details.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Other things worth knowing
Our fees calculator works entirely inside your own browser. The numbers you type into it are never sent to us or to anyone else.
This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve those files. No other third party is involved in serving this site.
Children's records, safeguarding information and photographs are covered by our full data protection policy rather than this page — ask us for a copy at any time.
